Behavioral Health Services

The Delaware First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Program provides specialized early intervention for individuals experiencing the first episode of psychosis. We know that early support changes outcomes, which is why our team delivers coordinated, evidence-informed care designed to promote stability, recovery, and long-term success.
We also offer full-spectrum outpatient counseling through our Mental Wellness Counseling Program, serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, our clinicians provide compassionate, individualized treatment tailored to each person’s needs. No matter where someone is in their mental health journey, our mission remains the same — meaningful progress through compassionate, evidence-informed care.

About

We accept most third party insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. If you do not have insurance, you can self-pay or request a reduced rate. You must be able to provide supporting documentation to receive a lowered rate. This sliding scale makes fees more manageable to those who otherwise couldn’t afford to complete the program.

Clients of Catholic Charities are protected by the confidentiality requirements of Federal law, specifically HIPAA (the Healthcare Information Portability and Accountability Act). This means that your counselor or any Catholic Charities staff cannot let anyone know that you are a counseling client or divulge any information about you without your written consent.
